Please build a punch list for my FlipperForce project at [PROPERTY ADDRESS].
1. Find the project and confirm the address with me before going further
2. As I describe each issue, write it as a short task that starts with an action verb, for example "Patch drywall above hall bath door". Put the room and any extra detail I give in the task notes
3. Keep collecting until I say I am done. Do not create anything yet
4. Show me the full list grouped by room, with a count. Include an assignee, due date or priority only if I named one
5. Once I approve, add the tasks to a task list called Punch List on the project, creating that list if it does not exist, and confirm how many saved
Only assign tasks to users on my FlipperForce account. If I name someone who is not a user, leave the task unassigned and tell me. Do not change any existing tasks.
You walk a property near the end of a rehab and find twenty small things: a cracked outlet cover, a sticking door, paint on the tile. You jot them in your phone or on the back of a receipt.
Then someone has to type them into the Task Manager one at a time. That rarely happens the same day, and items get lost between the walk and the list. The buyer's inspector finds them instead.
You describe what you see as you move through the house. Your assistant turns each issue into a clear task, notes the room, and holds the list until you say you are done.
It shows you the full punch list grouped by room. Once you approve, it creates every task on the project, so the list is in the Task Manager before you leave the driveway.
What it will not do: it only adds the new tasks you approve. Existing tasks are left alone, and nothing is assigned to anyone who is not a user on your account.
