Please find any of my FlipperForce projects that have stalled.

1. Pull my active projects

2. Check the activity log for the most recent activity on each one

3. Identify any active project with no recorded activity in the last 14 days

For each stalled project, show me the name, its current stage, and how long it has been since anything happened. Sort by longest quiet first. Change nothing. I want to know which ones to chase.

The Problem

A project stalls quietly. The contractor is waiting on a material, or a permit, or an answer from you, and because nothing is happening, nothing reminds you it exists. The active jobs making noise get your attention. The stuck one just sits.

Two weeks later you realise a flip has not moved since the start of the month, and that is two weeks of holding costs you will never get back. The information was there the whole time, in the absence of activity, which is exactly the kind of thing a person never notices and a quick check always catches.

The Solution

Your assistant looks at your active projects and checks the activity log for the most recent thing that happened on each one. Anything that has gone quiet, with no recorded activity in the window you set, gets flagged.

For each stalled project it tells you the name, its current stage, and how long it has been since anything happened, so you can see at a glance which jobs have gone cold and need a nudge.

What it will not do: this automation is read only. It finds the quiet projects and reports them. Following up is up to you.

Considerations Before You Run this Prompt:

Before you run this, check:

  • Your AI is connected to FlipperForce.
  • You have set your definition of quiet. Fourteen days suits most rehabs. If your projects move faster or slower, change the window.
  • You treat the flag as a prompt to look, not a verdict. A demo week and a permit wait look identical to this check.

Pairs with the Monday digest. The digest tells you what moved, this tells you what did not.
