Please turn the attached home inspection report into repair tasks on my FlipperForce project at [PROPERTY ADDRESS].
1. Find the project and confirm the address with me before going further
2. Read the report and pull out every item the inspector flagged as a defect, safety issue or recommended repair. Skip items marked as satisfactory or informational
3. Write each one as a task that starts with an action verb. In the task notes, include the location, the inspector's finding and the report page number
4. Show me the list grouped by trade, such as roofing, electrical, plumbing and HVAC, with safety items listed first
5. Once I approve, add the tasks to a task list called Inspection Repairs on the project, creating that list if it does not exist, and confirm how many saved
Do not change any existing tasks. If you are not sure whether an item needs repair, list it separately for me to decide.
The inspection report comes back at 60 pages. The real repairs are buried between boilerplate and photos of things that are fine. Somebody has to read it end to end and pull out what needs fixing.
That list usually ends up as highlighter marks on a PDF or a note on someone's phone. When the contractor asks what is left from the inspection, nobody has a clean answer.
You attach the inspection report. Your assistant reads past the boilerplate and pulls out every flagged defect, safety issue and recommended repair, keeping the inspector's finding and the page number with each one.
It shows you the list grouped by trade with safety items first. Once you approve, it creates the tasks on the project, so every finding is tracked and nothing stays buried in the PDF.
What it will not do: it does not judge whether an item is worth fixing. That call is yours. It only adds the tasks you approve and leaves existing tasks alone.
