Please turn my scope of work into tasks on my FlipperForce project at [PROPERTY ADDRESS]. I have attached my [estimate report / SOW spreadsheet].
1. Find the project and confirm the address with me before going further
2. Read the attached file and create one task for each line item, using the line item name as the task name. Put any notes or specifications from the file in the task notes
3. Where a line item clearly has several steps, add them as subtasks. Do not invent steps the file does not support
4. Show me the full task list grouped the way the file is grouped, with a count of tasks and subtasks
5. Once I approve, add the tasks to a task list called Scope of Work on the project, creating that list if it does not exist, and confirm how many saved
Do not assign tasks or set due dates unless I ask. Do not change any existing tasks. If a line in the file is unclear, list it separately as needing my review rather than guessing.
You spent hours building the scope of work. Every trade, every line item, every note for the contractor. Then the project starts, and the scope sits in a PDF while the Task Manager is empty.
Rebuilding that scope as tasks means retyping forty line items you already wrote once. So nobody does it, and the job gets tracked from memory and text messages instead of the plan you built.
You attach your estimate report or scope of work. Your assistant reads each line item and drafts it as a task, carrying over your notes and specifications, with subtasks where a line item has distinct steps.
It shows you the full list in the same order as your scope. Once you approve, it creates every task on the project, so the plan you wrote becomes the list your team works from.
What it will not do: it does not read your estimate from inside FlipperForce. You provide the file. It only adds the tasks you approve and leaves existing tasks alone.
