Please pull the action items from the text below and create them as tasks in FlipperForce.
[PASTE NOTES, EMAIL OR TEXT MESSAGE]
1. Identify each action item. Ignore general discussion and anything already marked done
2. For each one, write a short task name that starts with an action verb. Put the relevant context from the text in the task notes
3. Work out which project each task belongs to from the address or project name. If the text does not say, ask me. Add each task to an existing task list on that project, or ask me which list to use
4. Suggest an assignee and due date only where the text names one. Only assign to users on my FlipperForce account
5. Show me the full list and wait for my confirmation
6. Once I approve, create the tasks and confirm how many saved
Do not change any existing tasks. If an action item is vague, list it separately for me to clarify rather than guessing.
The to-dos for a flip rarely start in the Task Manager. They start in a team meeting, a lender's email asking for documents, or a text from the GC about a permit.
Each one is a task, but turning it into one means stopping what you are doing to retype it. So it stays in the inbox or the meeting notes, and a week later someone asks who was supposed to handle it.
You paste in meeting notes, an email or a text message. Your assistant separates the action items from the discussion and drafts each one as a task, matched to the right project.
It shows you the list with any assignees and due dates the text called for. Once you approve, it creates the tasks, so the to-dos from your inbox and meetings end up in one place.
What it will not do: it does not read your inbox or send any replies. It only works on the text you give it, adds only the tasks you approve, and leaves existing tasks alone.
