Please update my FlipperForce tasks based on what I finished today.
Here is what got done: [for example: finished the tile in the hall bath at 123 Main, hung the kitchen cabinets at 456 Oak, got the electrical permit for 789 Pine].
1. Pull my open tasks
2. Match each thing I mentioned to an open task. If nothing matches, or more than one task could match, tell me rather than guessing
3. Show me the tasks you plan to mark complete and wait for my confirmation
4. Once I approve, mark only those tasks complete and confirm each one saved
5. Then list my remaining open tasks due tomorrow or already overdue
Only mark complete the tasks I approve. Do not edit, reassign or delete anything.
At the end of a site day you know exactly what got done. Updating the Task Manager means finding each task across projects and checking it off one at a time.
So the list goes stale. Finished work still shows as open, the team cannot trust the Task Manager, and the next morning starts with a round of texts asking what is actually done.
You describe what got done in plain language. Your assistant matches each item to an open task and shows you exactly which ones it plans to mark complete, flagging anything it cannot match with confidence.
Once you approve, it checks off those tasks and gives you a short list of what is due tomorrow or already late, so you start the next day knowing where things stand.
What it will not do: it never completes a task you did not approve, and it does not edit, reassign or delete anything. If a match is unclear, it asks.
