The Material Catalog is your personal library of commonly used materials, SKUs, and pricing for your renovation projects. Instead of looking up the same products over and over, you build a catalog once and reference it across every project's Repair Estimator and shopping lists.

What it does

The Material Catalog stores material items with descriptions, unit types, and pricing. Items in your catalog can be pulled directly into your Repair Estimator line items, creating a consistent and accurate material cost baseline across all of your projects.

How to use it

Navigate to the Material Catalog from the main menu. Add materials by entering the item name, category, unit type (each, sq ft, linear ft, etc.), and your standard price. Build out your catalog with your most-used products over time. When estimating a project in the Repair Estimator, select items from your catalog to auto-populate quantities and pricing.

Why it matters

Consistent material pricing is the foundation of accurate repair estimates. The Material Catalog eliminates the need to re-research prices on every deal and ensures your estimates reflect the real costs from your supplier relationships — making your budgets more accurate and your profit projections more reliable.
