All users with project access appear on the tab, but only those actively working on it are shown in the active team section at the top.

Yes, all users who have been granted access to the project will appear on the Project Team tab, but they are organized into two distinct sections so it's always clear who is actively running the project versus who simply has access to it.

Users on Project Team

This section appears at the top of the tab and shows only the users who are actively managing or working on the project. For large workspaces with 10, 20, or even 50 users, this keeps the people actually responsible for the project front and center without any noise.

  • Displayed at the top of the Project Team tab
  • Automatically populated based on user activity on the project
  • Can be manually added or removed at any time
  • Can be assigned an optional Project Team Role for clarity
  • Surface on the Project Overview page and project dashboards
Users with Project Access

This section appears below the active team and lists every other workspace user who has been granted access to the project through their workspace permissions, but is not actively working on it.

  • Displayed below the active Project Team section
  • Visible for reference so you always know who can see the project
  • Can be promoted to the active Project Team at any time by toggling their checkbox
  • Do not surface on dashboards or the Project Overview page
