The Expense Tracker lets you record individual expense transactions, categorize them by cost type (labor, materials, carrying costs, etc.), attach receipts, link to vendors from your Companies & Contacts, and compare spending against your Project Budget in real time.
Navigate to the Expense Tracker from within any active project. Add a new expense by entering the date, vendor, category, amount, and payment method. Attach a receipt photo or file using the receipt upload feature or AI Receipt Analyzer. Expenses are immediately reflected in your Budget vs. Actuals comparison and Accounting Dashboard.
