Not yet. As of October 2026 there is no live connection between FlipperForce and QuickBooks, on any plan. Data moves between the two by file: you export itemized project expenses from FlipperForce to CSV and import them into QuickBooks, and you can bring a QuickBooks report into FlipperForce with the AI Bulk Expense Importer. A two-way QuickBooks integration is on our public roadmap.
FlipperForce handles project-level job costing: the rehab budget, budget vs. actuals, every expense by category and vendor, and the Final Profit Statement for each flip. QuickBooks handles your business-wide books, taxes and bank reconciliation. Most investors run both, with FlipperForce as the source of truth for each project and QuickBooks for the company ledger.

If you have a developer, or want to point an AI agent at it, the FlipperForce Public API can read and write expense transactions, line items, vendors and receipts. API access is included on Team and Business plans, and Solo accounts can request it. This is not a ready-made QuickBooks button: someone on your team writes the connection. FlipperForce does not do that yet, and we would rather tell you that up front. If automatic transaction sync with QuickBooks is a requirement for your business, factor that in. If the CSV workflow covers you for now, upvote the QuickBooks integration on our roadmap. We build what our users ask for most.
