What's the difference between the Workspace Calendar and a Project Calendar integration?

The Workspace Calendar link syncs every project you have access to into one calendar. A Project Calendar link syncs a single project as its own separate calendar.

FlipperForce offers two types of calendar integration links. Both work with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple Calendar, and both are a one-way, read-only sync.

Workspace Calendar link

Syncs the schedules, tasks, and events from every project you have access to in your workspace. Everything arrives in your external calendar as a single calendar.

Copy this link from your Workspace Calendar.

Project Calendar link

Syncs the schedules, tasks, and events for one specific project. Each project you connect arrives as its own separate calendar in Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.

Copy this link from the project's Calendar page, under Project Management.

Which one should you use?

Use the Workspace Calendar link if you want a complete view of everything happening across your business in one place.

Use Project Calendar links if you want to control which projects appear on your calendar, color code them separately, or toggle individual projects on and off.

You can use both at the same time. They are separate links and do not conflict with each other.
