About the Apple iCal Integration

Our Calendar Integration is a one-way sync that allows you to sync your FlipperForce calendar with your Apple iCal so you can share your Schedules, Tasks & Events from FlipperForce to your Apple Calendar.

The Calendar Integration syncs Schedules, Tasks and Events for ALL projects that you have access to in your Workspace.

Step 1: Copy your Integration Link from FlipperForce

First, go to your FlipperForce Workspace Calendar and click the "Calendar Integrations" button, and select the Apple Calendar option.

From the popup menu, click Click the "Copy Calendar URL" button which will copy the URL link to your clipboard.

Step 2: Open iCloud Calendar App

Go to your Apple iCloud Calendar app on your Device.

Step 3: Add "New Calendar Subscription" From URL

1. In Calendar, choose File -> New Calendar Subscription
2. Copy and paste in the unique calendar link from FlipperForce and paste it into the URL field.
3. Enter a name for the calendar and choose a color to help you identify it on your calendar.
4. Choose iCloud from the Location menu, then click OK.

Your FlipperForce calendar is now connected and synced to your Apple iCalendar so you can access all of your Schedules, Tasks & Events directly from your Apple device in your web browser or in the Apple Calendar phone app!
