Our Google Calendar integration is a one-way sync that allows you to sync your FlipperForce calendar to your Google Calendar so you can see all of your Schedules, Tasks & Events from FlipperForce in your Google Calendar on the web or in the Google Calendar app on your phone!
There are two types of calendar links you can create.
The Workspace Calendar link syncs Schedules, Tasks and Events for every project you have access to in your Workspace, all in one calendar.
A Project Calendar link syncs Schedules, Tasks and Events for a single project, as its own separate calendar.
The steps below work for either link. The only difference is where you copy it from.

For all projects: Go to your FlipperForce Workspace Calendar and click the "Calendar Integrations" button.
For a single project: Open the project, go to Project Management and click Calendar, then click the "Calendar Integrations" button.
Then select the Google Calendar option.

From the popup menu, click the "Copy Calendar URL" button which will copy the URL link to your clipboard.

Go to your Google Calendar app in your Google Workspace.
https://calendar.google.com/calendar/
In the bottom left hand corner of the Google Calendar you will find an "Other Calendars" section where you can add a new Calendar. Click the plus sign (+) icon.

Once you click the plus sign icon (+), a menu will open with the option to add Calendar "From URL".

Copy and paste in the unique calendar link from FlipperForce and paste it into the "URL of Calendar" field and click "Add to Calendar".
Your FlipperForce calendar is now connected and synced to your Google Calendar so you can access all of your Schedules, Tasks & Events directly from your Google Calendar in your web browser or in the Google Calendar phone app!
Once you've subscribed to the calendar, it will appear in your sidebar and in your Google calendar. If you want to hide your FlipperForce calendar from your Google Calendar, you can easily uncheck the calendar to hide it from your Calendar.
If you connected a Project Calendar link, you can repeat these steps for any other project you want to add. Each project will appear as its own calendar that you can color code and toggle on or off.
