The Project Status tells your team how a project is actually tracking, separate from which pipeline Stage it sits in.
Status appears in a high-visibility header at the top of the Project Overview page, so if a project is At Risk you will know the moment you open it. It is also displayed on Project Dashboard tables and Project Cards for team-wide visibility.
Click the Status box on the Project Overview page. A window will open where you can select a new Status and write a short description explaining it.
Once you update the Status, everyone on your team receives a Status Change notification in their Notification inbox and via email.
Stage is where a project sits in your pipeline. Status is how healthy it is. A project can be in the Active Project Pipeline and still be At Risk. See What are Project Stages?
