What are Quick Links and how do I use them?

What is Quick Links?

The Quick Links feature lets you add up to four custom, clickable links directly within the project overview page header. This means you can keep essential project-related resources just a click away, eliminating the need to constantly switch between tabs or search for frequently used websites.

Think of it as your own personalized shortcut bar for each project. For example, you might use Quick Links to:

  • Directly access the property's listing on Redfin or Zillow for quick reference to property details and market comparisons.
  • Link to your project's folder in Google Drive or Dropbox, where you store contracts, photos, and other important documents.
  • Open your CRM system to quickly manage leads and contacts associated with the project.
  • Jump to the city's permitting website to track the status of your applications.

How to Edit Your Quick Links

Simply navigate to the Project Overview page and find the "Quick Links" section in the header. Click the "Edit" button to open a modal window.

In the modal, you can add up to 4 quick links. For each link, enter a descriptive title (like "Redfin," "Permits," or "Drive Folder") and the full URL. Save your changes, and the updated links will appear in the page header, opening in new browser windows when clicked.
