Insurance expiration dates in the Companies list are color-coded green (valid), yellow (expiring within 90 days), and red (expired) so you can identify coverage gaps at a glance.
Insurance expiration dates in the Companies list are color-coded to help you prioritize which certificates need attention.
- Green — the certificate is current and valid.
- Yellow — the certificate expires within the next 90 days. You still have time, but should follow up to get an updated certificate on file.
- Red — the certificate has expired. You should not assign this contractor to active project work until updated insurance is provided.
- No color / not displayed — no insurance information has been entered for this company yet.
How to enter or update insurance dates
Open the company's profile from the Companies list and enter the expiration dates in the Tax & Insurance section. Once saved, the color coding updates automatically in the list view.
