No. FlipperForce does not find cash buyers or investors, and it cannot send marketing emails, texts, or deal blasts to a buyers list. There is no buyer matching based on buying criteria.
What You Can Do
- Save your buyers as Contacts in Companies & Contacts so their information is in one place.
- Analyze the deal with the Comps Tool, Flip Analyzer and Rehab Estimator.
- Create an Investment Packet with the deal's financials and photos, then send it to your buyers yourself as a PDF or Share Link. Buyers can open a Share Link in their browser without a FlipperForce account.
Investment Reports and Comps are included on paid plans. The free Rookie plan does not include them.
