When available market data suggests a distress signal, the matrix checks it for you automatically. Every signal is editable, so you can check off what you uncover during your own research and clear anything that turns out to be wrong.

Treat pre-populated signals as leads to verify rather than confirmed facts. Public records go stale, and a property flagged as vacant may not be.

Where to Find It

Open a project, click Data in the sidebar and select Owner Data.

The matrix works on properties you have already added as projects. It cannot be used to search for motivated sellers or build a list of distressed properties.
