Project Notes is a free-form note-taking tool within each project — a place to capture miscellaneous information, research, conversations, and ideas that don't fit neatly into other structured fields but are too important to lose track of.
Project Notes gives you a persistent, searchable notepad attached to each individual project. Add timestamped notes throughout the lifecycle of a deal, from initial research through final sale, and keep all project-related context in one organized place.
Navigate to the Project Notes tab within any project. Add a new note by typing in the text field and saving. Notes are displayed in reverse chronological order so your most recent entries are always at the top. Search within notes to quickly locate specific information from earlier in the project.
Every project generates a steady stream of important but unstructured information — contractor conversations, seller negotiations, city permit notes, HOA details, and more. Project Notes ensures that critical context is always captured and available, so nothing important gets lost in a text thread or forgotten between site visits.
