What is the difference between the individual and global Project Update share links?

The global share link shares your entire Project Updates log as one webpage. The individual share link shares a single update. Use the global link when someone should follow the whole project, and the individual link when one update is the whole message.

FlipperForce gives you two ways to share Project Updates with people outside your workspace.

Global share link

Found in the page header on the Project Updates page. This creates one webpage containing every update in the log, in chronological order. The page stays current, so anyone with the link sees new updates as you post them. Use this for a business partner or lender who is following the project from start to finish.

Individual share link

Found on each individual update in the log. This creates a standalone webpage for that one update only. Use this when the recipient only needs one specific update, or when you do not want to expose the rest of your project history.

Both options work the same way for your recipient. They open a webpage in their browser with no FlipperForce login required.
