Yes! The FlipperForce Field mobile app allows you to easily edit the key descriptive details of any receipt you've uploaded, ensuring your records are accurate and well-organized before linking them to a transaction.
What specific receipt information can I edit in the mobile app?
You can edit three key fields for any uploaded receipt directly in the app:
Receipt Name (or Title): Change the name of the receipt file to something more descriptive (e.g., "Home Depot Paint" instead of "IMG_2345.jpg").
Receipt Description: Add important context, notes, or details about the purchase (e.g., "Purchased all necessary trim work and caulk for the bathroom remodel.").
Receipt Date: Correct the date of the receipt if the image upload date is different from the actual purchase date.
How do I access the editing options for an uploaded receipt?
Navigate to the specific Project where the receipt was uploaded.
Tap on the Receipts tab.
Select the individual receipt from the list.
Within the receipt viewing screen, you will find a dedicated Edit option (3 dots in the upper right corner) that allows you to modify the name, description, and date.
Does editing the receipt details in the mobile app update the web app?
