Laundry List of Updates

Here is a laundry list of software updates we have recently made to improve the software and squash those pesky bugs:

Property Details Page

• Added Canadian Provinces
• Added Data Validation for Lot Size, Beds, Baths, SF
• Added decimal ability for baths
• Fixed miscellaneous Property Details not saving

Flip Analyzer

• Fixed 10x bug (decimal place bug)

Project Calendar

• Items on Calendar are color coded by project
• Tasks/Schedule items are designated by letter T or S

Expense Tracker

• Added ability to sort by date
• Fixed sorting bug

Accounting Reports

• Reformatted Accounting Reports,

Over the course of the next few weeks we will be working on enhancing the Project Budgeter tools, & building out our new Templating functionality for the Repair Estimator & Project Scheduler.
