Building and managing task lists in the Task Manager is now much faster. Three changes cut out most of the clicking: inline task entry, a new Assigned To field, and auto-save.
Before, each new task took several clicks. You clicked Add Task, waited for the slide-out panel, clicked into the Task Name field, typed, and clicked Save. Then you did it all again for the next task.
Now you click Add Task, type the task name, and press Enter. A new line opens right below, so you can keep typing the next task and the next. A full checklist takes seconds.

Everything in the task table is now editable inline. Click a due date to change it, update the priority, or click Assigned To to assign the task, all without opening the task.
The Assigned To field also has a new user search and checkboxes. Search for a teammate and check off everyone who should own the task, so you can assign several people directly from the table. This is useful for shared work, like a final walkthrough your project manager and listing agent need to do together.

Before, any change to a task needed a click on Save button. Now every change saves in the background as you work. That includes the task name, notes, dates, assignees, and subtasks. Open a task, make your edits, and close it. Nothing else to click.
