We have been working on making-over our Flip Analyzer to hopefully make things not only prettier, but also simpler, more intuitive, more mobile responsive and more user-friendly.
One of the biggest changes you will notice is to our Flip Analyzer Results page.
We've re-tooled the layout so you have 2 sections on the Flip Analyzer:
The Profit Results section calculates your results based upon the known Purchase Price. These tabs show your calculated profit, your total project costs & financing information.
The Recommended Maximum Purchase Price section shows you the Recommended Maximum Purchase Price you should offer for a property based upon your desired profit amount.
Previously it was clunky and time consuming to navigate to certain steps and edit your results, because you had to cycle all the way back through all 6 steps of the analysis.
We have added in new functionality that allows you to quickly jump to each step in the analysis and jump to the results page.
To help save even more time editing your analysis, you can now edit your After Repair Value & Purchase Price directly on the results page.
The beauty of a well designed web app is you can use it on any device and the website will automatically respond and reformat itself based upon the device you are using. As we restyled our Flip Analyzer, we also went back and cleaned up a few styles to make sure the Flip Analyzer looks great on any device including desktops, laptops, tablets & phones!
