You can customize the Estimator Database with your own Categories, Repair Items, and unit prices and save those items for future projects!
You can drag and drop categories and repair items to wherever you want in the Estimator to truly give you the flexibility to customize your estimates as needed for your rehab projects.
Our Repair Estimator templates are pre-built with Scope of Work notes for each Category that can be used to write detailed Scopes of Work for your Contractors to get bids for your rehab projects.
