Gabe DaSilva with DaSilva Homes in New Jersey recently shared some exciting news that he is a launching a 2nd Season of 'The Build' on his YouTube channel which documents his latest rehab projects.
Gabe's specialty is 'add-a-level' renovations where he takes smaller, out-dated houses and completely transforms the floor plans by building additions, blowing out the roofs and adding 2nd floor living spaces.
With his 'add-a-level' investment strategy he is able to significantly add square footage and value to maximize his resale and profitability on his investments. In fact, on Gabe's BiggerPockets Podcast 258, Gabe said he typically shoots for a minimum 6-figure profit on all of his projects.
