To add a material, paste a product link from a supported site (like Lowe's or Home Depot) into the Material Catalog to auto-scrape the data. If the site is unsupported, manually enter the price and specs.
To add a new Material item to your Material Catalog you have a couple of options:
- Copying and Pasting a Link from a Supported Website
- Manually Inputting the Data
Copying and Pasting a Link from a Supported Website
You can easily add a new Material item and automatically download all of the product information by simply copying and pasting the product link from a supported website.
- Navigate to Lowes or Home Depot's website
- Find the product you are wanting to add and import into your Material Catalog
- Copy and paste the product URL from your web browser and paste the link into the URL
- Once you paste the link, the data will automatically be scraped and downloaded for the product
- Click Save.
Manually Inputting the Data
If the website is not supported, you can manually upload all of the price information, thumbnail as needed.
