Renovations currently under construction. Toggle between the Kanban view for visual progress and the Table view for budget performance across projects. This is also where you track major construction milestones and budget vs. actuals.
Completed and sold projects plus long-term rental holds. Projects land here automatically when marked completed or sold. This is where your final profit numbers and hold times live.
Deals that are finished, cancelled, or paused. Nothing is deleted, and any archived project can be restored to active status.
