The Active Project Accounting Table compares your Budget vs Actuals of your "Active Projects" that you are currently working on.

The Completed/Sold Accounting Table shows the Final Income, Expense and Profit #s of your Completed projects that you've Sold.

The Long-Term Holdings Accounting Table shows the amount Spent to Stabilize the property (Purchase + Cap Ex + Fixed Expenses). Note: Eventually we will be rolling out additional Rental Income & Operating Expense functionality.
