Claude connects to FlipperForce through our Public API. Setup takes about 10 minutes and you only do it once. Our Claude setup page has the full steps, the instructions to copy, a setup video and two quick tests.
The short version
- You need an active FlipperForce subscription, a FlipperForce API key and a paid Claude plan.
- Create a Claude Project and paste our project instructions into its Instructions field.
- Add the Agent Guide (.txt) and your API key to the Project's Context.
- In Claude, open Settings, then Capabilities. Turn on code execution and network egress, and add tools.flipperforce.com to the domain allowlist.
- Start a new chat in your Project and run the two tests on the setup page.
The setting that trips up most people
If the domain allowlist is left on "Package managers only," every call fails, and it looks like our API is down. Change it, save, and start a new conversation. Settings changes don't reach a conversation that's already open.
