Final Profit is calculated from your Expense Tracker and Income Tracker entries. Once both are filled in, Budget vs Actuals calculates Total Income minus Total Expenses and feeds the Final Profit Statement.

Your Final Profit is calculated from the data you enter in the Expense Tracker and the Income Tracker.

To calculate it, itemize your expenses in the Expense Tracker, then enter the income you generated from the resale in the Income Tracker.

Once your expenses and income are entered, Budget vs Actuals calculates your Final Profit:

Final Profit = Total Income − Total Expenses

This data feeds the Final Profit Statement, which breaks down all of your expenses by category so you can see exactly where the money went on the project.
