No. The Comps Tool is fixed to single family homes only. There is no option to filter or pull comps by other property types, such as multifamily, land, or condos.

If you are analyzing a multifamily or other non single family property, research comparable sales outside FlipperForce, such as through your agent or the MLS, and enter your ARV directly in the Flip Analyzer or BRRRR Analyzer.
