How do I automatically download Comps?

When you open the Comps Tool, you will be prompted with the option to Manually Add Comps or Automatically Find Comps. Select Automatically Find Comps, confirm your property specs (beds, baths, and square footage), and a list of recently sold properties in the area will populate.

From there, review the results and use the thumbs up / thumbs down controls on each row to sort your list:

• 👍 Thumbs Up — Selected comp. Sorted to the top, included in your comp stats and Comps Report.
• 👎 Thumbs Down — Ignored comp. Sorted to the bottom, highlighted in red, removed from map view.
• ⬜ No Selection — Unreviewed comp. Stays in place, not included in stats or report.

The Selected Comp Stats bar at the bottom of the page updates in real time based on your thumbed-up comps, showing your count, price range, average sale price, and price per square foot.
