These two products do not overlap much, which is why a lot of investors run both. We have customers doing exactly that today.
REsimpli owns the front of the business. You build and stack lists, drive for dollars, skip trace, run direct mail and texts, work the dialer, and manage every lead through a pipeline until one of them turns into a motivated seller worth taking seriously.
That is the handoff point. Once a lead is pre-qualified, the work changes completely. You are no longer marketing, you are underwriting: pulling comps, setting after repair value, pricing the rehab, structuring financing and working out the most you can pay. That is where FlipperForce starts.
Then if the property goes under contract, FlipperForce keeps going: the rehab estimate becomes the project budget, the schedule sequences the trades, tasks get assigned, photos and documents collect against the project, receipts come in from the jobsite, and the project closes with a profit statement built from what you actually spent.
Worth being precise about this, because both products mention accounting and they mean different things.
REsimpli does business level accounting: income and expenses across your whole operation, marketing spend, KPIs by channel. That tells you whether your business is making money and which marketing is working.
FlipperForce does project level accounting: budget versus actual by line item on a specific property, with receipts attached to the budget lines they belong to, and a profit statement for that one deal. That tells you whether this flip is making money while there is still time to do something about it.
Most investors running at any scale want both numbers, and neither tool produces the other one.
Worth being straight about this. REsimpli repriced in 2026 and it is now a serious line item: $249 a month for a single user on the Solo plan billed annually, $699 for five users, $1,799 for fifteen. Monthly billing is higher again.
Running REsimpli Solo alongside FlipperForce Solo is roughly $328 a month. That is a real cost, and it is only worth it if you are generating your own leads at enough volume to justify a marketing platform. If you are buying off the MLS, from wholesalers or through agent relationships, you do not need a lead generation CRM at all, and the pairing does not apply to you.
Where it does make sense is for investors running real outbound marketing, where the CRM pays for itself in deals found and FlipperForce covers what happens after.
There is no built-in integration between the two products. The handoff is manual: when a deal qualifies, you set it up as a project in FlipperForce. For most investors that is a few minutes on the deals that actually progress, which is a small fraction of the leads in a CRM.
We would rather say that plainly than describe this as an integration it is not.
If you are weighing REsimpli against something else, it depends which job you are solving. These are the other tools investors commonly look at, and which part of the process each one covers.

There is nothing to switch. If REsimpli is generating deal flow for you, keep it running.
What changes is where a deal goes once it is qualified. Instead of tracking the rehab in a spreadsheet or in notes attached to a CRM record, the property becomes a project in FlipperForce with a budget, a schedule and an expense ledger behind it.
Most people start by running one deal through both and seeing how the handoff feels before moving the rest across.
