Material List Report

FlipperForce Field is now available!

How it Works

The Material List Report exports a clean, itemized list of all materials from your Repair Estimator — giving you and your contractors a ready-to-use shopping list organized by trade category.

What it does

The Material List Report compiles every material line item from your estimate into a formatted document that includes item names, quantities, units, and descriptions. It's derived directly from your Repair Estimator data and stays in sync with your current estimate.

How to use it

After completing your Repair Estimator, navigate to Reports and select "Material List Report." Preview the generated list and download it as a PDF. Share it with your general contractor to communicate material specifications, or use it as a basis for supplier quotes and purchase orders.

Why it matters

Coordinating material procurement across a renovation is one of the most time-consuming parts of project management. The Material List Report turns your estimate into an actionable procurement document — reducing miscommunication with contractors, helping you comparison shop with suppliers, and ensuring the right materials show up on the job site at the right time.
