Archived Projects

Learn how to use your project Archive to store all of your old projects.

FlipperForce Field is now available!

How it Works

The Archived Projects area is your long-term project storage — a dedicated space for deals that are complete, cancelled, or paused, keeping them out of your active workspace without permanently deleting any data.

What it does

Archived Projects stores all of your inactive projects in a searchable, organized archive. All project data, budgets, documents, and history are preserved exactly as they were at the time of archiving.

How to use it

To archive a project, navigate to its Project Overview and select "Archive" from the project settings. Access your archive any time from the main pipeline navigation to search, review, or restore a past project. Archived projects can be unarchived and moved back to active status at any time.

Why it matters

Over time, your workspace accumulates dozens of completed projects. Without an archive, your active dashboard gets cluttered and harder to navigate. The Archived Projects area keeps your active pipeline clean while ensuring your deal history is always accessible for reference, tax records, or future analysis.
