Do this first. Claude runs API calls in a sandbox that blocks outside traffic by default, and when it is not set up, the failure looks like our API is down.
If the allowlist is left on Package managers only, every call fails. On Team and Enterprise plans, an organization owner has to make this change.
The domain allowlist is not set up. In Claude, open Settings, then Capabilities, add tools.flipperforce.com to the allowlist, and start a new conversation.
You probably changed a setting, and the change did not reach a conversation that was already open. Start a brand new conversation and try again.
Files go to our storage provider, not our API. Add flipperforce-prod.nyc3.digitaloceanspaces.com to the allowlist, then start a new conversation.
Older instructions are probably still in your Project's Instructions field. Replace everything there with ours, save, and start a new chat.
The Agent Guide is missing or was uploaded inside a zip. Upload the .txt file directly to your Project's files.
Ask for every record and a total count. Our instructions tell Claude to return complete results, so if it still shows a sample, check that the instructions are installed.
The key is invalid or your FlipperForce subscription has lapsed. Check your subscription, then request a new key.
Usually your plan does not include that module, not a broken connection. Ask Claude to show the message the API returned.
