2020 has been a year of excitement, joy, despair, adaptation and growth.

We started off 2020 on a high note, we officially launched FlipperForce out of Beta on January 1st, 2020!

In February, our hometown Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl for the first time in 50 years!

In March, the world changed forever.

Through all of the challenges of 2020, we adapted and continued to power-forward in our relentless pursuit to build the house flipping software you deserve.

In 2020, we continuously launched new features and improvements. Here's a recap of our top 20 features launched in 2020!

#1 Expense Tracker Revamp

The biggest update we made of the year was our revamp of the Expense Tracker tool to make the expense tracking process less painful. We in injected all kinds of new functionality for sorting, filtering and searching your expenses, exporting to CSV & more!

#2 Upload Receipt Images

With our Expense Tracker revamp we also added functionality to upload images of your receipts to the Expense Tracker so you can get rid of that old shoebox you've been using to store your receipts.

#3 Split Expenses

We also added in new 'Split Expense' functionality which allows you to easily breakdown a receipt when you have multiple categories on a shared Receipt or Invoice.

#4 Export Expenses to CSV

We also added functionality so you can easily copy expenses to your Clipboard to paste, or directly export your Expenses to a CSV spreadsheet to download your expenses and import into other accounting softwares.

#5 Task Manager Revamp

One of my favorite updates of the year was our Task Manager makeover that completely revamped our Task Manager and added in new Task Checklist Templates, ability to export task lists, assign users, sort/filter tasks & much more!

#6 Task Templates

With our Task Manager revamp we also launched new 14 pre-built Task Checklists Templates that you can quickly load to the Task Manager in a matter of seconds! You can even save your own custom task templates that you can re-use on future projects!

#7 New Email Notification System

We launched our new email notification system that sends out task notifications and daily/weekly look-ahead emails to keep you and your team up-to-date on everything going on and everything that needs to get accomplished on all of your projects!

#8 Project Permissions

We launched new 'project permissions and access control' functionality so you can control which projects your team members have access to in your Company Workspace.

#9 Estimator Category Duplication

We launched new functionality to duplicate entire categories in the Repair Estimator.

#10 Estimator Mobile Improvements

We cleaned up the mobile user interface on the Repair Estimator and also cleaned up the data tables so you can easily create and edit your rehab estimates using a phone or tablet device!

#11 Invoice Report

We launched a new Invoice Report which organizes all of your project expenses by Invoice # which will make reconciling receipts a breeze!

#12 Print All Reports to PDF

We added new PDF creation so you can now generate PDF reports for all 11 deal analysis and accounting reporting options throughout the software!

#13 Contact Manager Improvements

We revamped our Companies & Contact Manager and injected new functionality for sorting, searching and exporting your Companies & Contacts!  We also added new features for storing Company Tax & Insurance information!

#14 Calendar Events

We launched new updates to our Project Calendar that adds in 'Events' that you can use to manage appointments & meetings.

#15 Lost Internet Connection Warning

If you happen to lose your internet connection we added a new warning that will notify you so you can get reconnected to the internet and ensure your data is saving.

#16 Nightly Data Backus

We increased the frequency of data backups so that your data is backed up nightly. Every single evening while you are sound asleep our system will automatically backup all of your data so you can sleep well.

#17 Address Autofill & Street View Image

We added 'Address Autofill' that will automatically lookup and autofill the property address information & load a 'Street View' property image using the Google Maps API.

#18 Investment Report Improvements

We just launched some new Investment Report enhancements that help you to further customize the Investment Report's easier and faster than ever.
