8 New In-App Tutorials and Support

We launched new in-app walk-throughs, video tutorials and tool tips to help you get acquainted with all of the powerful features in our house flipping software.  

Our new support options will offer visual, interactive, and educational resources to make sure you are getting the most of out of all of the powerful tools in our house flipping software!

7 New Estimating Pricing Guide

We created a Construction & Repair Costs Pricing Guide which discusses:

• How to Estimate Costs for Each Scope of Work
• Price Ranges for Scope
• Factors that Influence Pricing for Each Scope of Work
• Additional Resources (links to other pricing information, Lowes, Home Depot, etc.)

6 New Project Budgeter

We released our new 'Project Budgeter Tool' which can be used to compare your initial analysis and project budget to actual expenses on your projects, so you can forecast budget overages and forescast your project's profitability.

5 New Investment Report Builder

We launched our brand new Investment Report Builder which helps you create Professional Investment Reports and build credibility and get funding from your Business Partners & Lenders!

4 New Estimator Drag and Drop

We added new drag and drop functionality so that you can completely customize the repair estimator to fit your specific project estimating needs for your rehab business.

3 New Estimate by Rooms Template

With our new Estimate Starter Templates update (see #1 below) we launched a new Template that allows you to estimate rehab costs by Room! 🙌 Our new Rehab by Room Template is broken down by rooms so you can estimate your repair costs by each area and room in the property such as Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Living Rooms, etc.

2 Save Your Own Custom Templates

Our Estimator includes Estimate Starter Templates (see #1 below) that you can use to help you get started, but we understand you may need to customize your own estimate database with your own repair items and prices that you can re-use on future projects. For this reason, we launched new functionality that allows you to save your own Estimates as Templates that you can re-use on future projects!
