With this new feature, our Comps tool eliminates the need for manually searching and analyzing sales listings. The Auto Comps Search downloads a list of recent comparable sales that have similar specifications to your property, making it easier to analyze and make informed decisions.
All you have to do is confirm your property specifications, and our tool will automatically search for recent, nearby comparable sales that are similar to your property' specs.
The Automatic Comps search should provide ~20 Comps Results
You can always manually add or remove comps if needed, making the tool flexible and adaptable to your needs.
This new feature is designed to help streamline the process of predicting your property's value. By providing you with a list of recommended comparable sales, you can make informed decisions about your property's value, whether you're rehabbing for sale or refinancing for rental income.
