For the past few weeks we have been working on some back-end database changes to gear up for some major functionality enhancements and improvements to the Repair Estimator & Project Scheduler.
New Repair Estimator Features
Our Repair Estimator is basically being re-built with new functionality that will make the estimator more customizable, user-friendly and faster than ever.
Drag-and-Drop
We are working on adding drag-and-drop functionality so you can move around and re-order Categories, Subcategories & Repair Items so you can customize the estimator to your business needs.
Estimate Templates
The Estimator will start with 3 Estimate Starter Templates for Rehabs by Category, Rehabs by Room or New Construction! This will provide you with a great starting point for creating your own Estimate Templates for your projects.
You will also be able to create and save your own Estimating Templates that are tailored with your own Categories, Repair Items and Costs.
Project Scheduler Enhancements
To be completely honest, our Project Scheduler needs some work. We are planning on re-building the Scheduler with new functionality including auto-scheduling, critical path , ability to hide weekends & more!
Similar to our Estimator, we are also building out Schedule Starter Templates for Rehabs & New Construction and giving you the ability to save your own schedules as a Template!
Once we get these items done, we will almost be ready to officially launch our product!
