A workspace Admin has full access to all projects and all features, including User Management and Billing. The three roles are Owner, Admin and Team Member.

A workspace Admin is a user that has been granted full access to ALL projects and ALL software features in your company workspace, including User Management and Billing.

If you want a user to reach every single project and every tool in the software, make them an Admin.

The Three Workspace Roles

Every user holds one of three roles, shown in the Role & Access column on the User Management page:

  • Owner - The account the workspace belongs to. The Owner has access to everything.
  • Admin - Full access to all projects and all software features, including User Management and Billing.
  • Team Member - Access is limited to the specific projects and features you assign.

Project and feature access can be controlled for any Team Member, so you can prevent users from opening projects, tools or features you would rather keep private.
