I was invited to a workspace, but my screen says 'Looks like you don't have access to this tool'. How can I fix this issue?
If you have been invited to another user's workspace, the admin of that workspace will need to grant you access to each tool in the software. Contact the administrator listed on the screen and have them edit your access settings so you can get started.
If you are the administrator: check the Role & Access column on the User Management page. It shows each user's role and how many projects and features they can reach, so you can spot a user whose access was never fully configured.
