I am Dave Robertson, the founder and creator of FlipperForce.

I started flipping houses back in 2010 and I quickly realized that flipping houses is not as easy as it looks on TV.

Between finding deals, managing contractors, and tracking the bookkeeping, it was a lot to manage, especially while working a full-time job.

Over time, I started building tools to help me organize my flips and streamline my processes. The first tool I built was a simple spreadsheet with a repair cost estimator and a deal analyzer.

After a few years of development, I had built one of the most elaborate spreadsheets you have ever seen. In 2013, I decided to share it with the world as the House Flipping Spreadsheet.

The House Flipping Spreadsheet was a hit with thousands of investors throughout the country and across six continents. But as the industry grew, I realized that spreadsheets have their limitations.

In 2018, we made the decision to reinvest our success into a new web-based solution called FlipperForce. We wanted to build a better product and a more scalable business solution for professional investors.

Today, our software is used by thousands of house flippers and real estate teams to manage their businesses from start to finish. We are constantly collaborating with our users to improve the platform and meet the needs of large-scale investors.
