We offer a monthly "Real Estate 101" class and Open Networking prior to our meetings. We invite a variety of guest speakers every month, who cover a range of topics, including Landlord's Rights, Energy Savings for your apartment buildings, eviction process, education for landlords, and more. Guest speakers include other real estate investors, Lake County officials, attorneys, and a variety of other business professionals.
