About the BRRRR Investment Strategy

The BRRRR investment strategy is a hybrid Flip/Rental Strategy where you BUY a fixer-upper property at a discount, REHAB the property, RENT the property to a long-term tenant and REFINANCE the property with a long-term, low-interest mortgage.

By buying a fixer-upper property at a discount, the BRRRR strategy provides the short-term sweat equity (profit) you would typically receive from a traditional fix-and-flip. Instead of selling the property for a quick profit, the BRRRR investor holds and rents the property long-term to generate passive rental income, cash flow and equity appreciation.
