New Structural Modification Widget

Some of our users' projects involve major renovations or additions that completely alter the property size and bedroom/bathroom counts.

We added a new Structural Modifications widget to the Property Overview page where you can document structural changes that affect the property's square footage and bedroom and bathroom counts.
