Cash at Closing & Total Cash Invested in the Deal

Now you can see exactly how much cash you will need at closing to purchase the property as well as the total net cash position you will have invested into the deal by the time the project is complete.

Our new investor cash outlay chart shows how much cash you will invest into the deal each month and show your cumulative negative position as your invest cash into the deal until you finally get your big pay day when you sell the property!
