We completely re-built our Flip Analyzer tool to create a faster, simpler & yet more powerful tool for analyzing your flips.
Previously, each step was on a separate web page, so you anytime you advanced to the next step you had a few seconds for the page to load.
Now, the entire Flip Analyzer is on a single-page, so you can quickly jump to each step in the analysis process!
In our old version the results in the side panel didn't update the profit calculations until after you moved to the next step.
Now, our Profit Results panel provides real-time profit calculations as you input each value so you can watch your profit being calculated in real-time.
We also added a new active step highlighter which highlights the current step you're working on so you can easily see where you are in the analysis process.
We re-built our detailed Buying Costs, Holding Costs & Selling Costs sections and added in a new 'total column' for each item for more clarity on the cost calculations.
A lot of Hard Money Lenders lend at 70% to 80% of the purchase and 100% of the rehab costs.
Our new loan setup allows you to enter multiple LTV % so you can setup a 70% LTV & 100% rehab loan.
We also built-in new tooltips throughout the Flip Analysis process to help you learn how to analyze house flips, so you don't overpay!
