We launched new Advanced Loan options that fine-tune your loan terms for your points, interest payments & rehab funds received.
Most lenders will require you to pay your points upfront at purchase closing, but some lenders will allow you to wait to pay the points out of the proceeds of the sale when you sell the property.
The default setting is to pay the points upfront, but you can switch the option to have the points paid at the end of the loan if your lender will allow it.
Most lenders will require you to pay your interest payments monthly, but some lenders will allow you to wait to pay off all of your interest payments at the sale closing when you sell the property.
Most lenders will holdback funds for the renovations and will distribute the rehab funds as draws based upon the work completed. However, some lenders will provide a loan advance of 100% of the rehab funds at the purchase closing.
